I am having trouble logging in. What should I do?

If you are having trouble accessing your account, you can always email us for assistance. Besides confirming you are using the correct username and password, you’ll also want to make sure you know the log-in method you used to create your account.

We’ve discovered that sometimes the cookies associated with logging in become corrupted, especially for users who haven’t logged in for awhile. As we continue to work on resolving this error, we recommend clearing the cookies associated with your Humanities Commons account. This often fixes the problem. Below are the steps you can take to do this for Humanities Commons only; for additional information, email us at hello@hcommons.org.
