As an administrator, you have the ability to:
- Edit the landing page for each collection that can provide publicly visible information, describe curation policy, list publicly visible members, etc. as well as letting collection administrators control collection visibility, review policy, etc.
- Set the review policy to allow certain collection members (e.g., curators) to publish directly to the collection without review approval. Permissions information can be found in this guide (LINK).
- Use the in-app review workflow allowing collection admins to view submissions, engage uploaders in a dialogue, edit the submitted material, and either accept or reject the submission. You can also have a record of past submission requests and their discussions.
Please note that adding other people’s deposits to a collection is not yet possible, but is coming. Currently works have to be submitted to a collection by the uploader before they are published.
