On the upload form, there is a “Collections and Access” option. When you add a work to the repository, you can use the “Select a Collection” button to add the work to either the collections you’ve created or the collections of others.
If you’ve added an upload to a collection, the “Save & Publish” will show a “Submit for review” button. Once you select this button, the work will be sent to the collection administrator for review.
If you’d like to add a previously uploaded work to a collection, follow the steps for adding an existing work to a collection.
Note that uploaded works can only be added to one collection currently. We are working on making it so users can upload their works to multiple collections. More details on this will come soon.
